BlueLake is an advisory firm, focused on the financial and strategic areas, serving mainly companies that are at a critical point in their business trajectory and need specialized advice to analyze the strategic options available at that time. Typical examples of projects are:

- raising funds to carry out a more accelerated organic expansion and/or consolidation in its operating sector through the purchase of other companies;

- analysis of a new line of business, including possible synergies with pre-existing businesses, in order to have a viable business plan, demonstrating the impacts of that initiative;

- sale of shareholding to another company that is consolidating its sector, participating in the growth of the sector as a shareholder of that other company, or eventually leaving the sector altogether.
